This page explains who operates FSVEXAN, how we refer to other companies' brands and products, who owns the content you see and upload, and how to contact us about a rights concern. It is written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us.

1. Who operates FSVEXAN
FSVEXAN is owned and operated by Future Signages Private Limited (“Future Signages”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India.

2. Third-party brands and product names
To help you specify and quote a job accurately, FSVEXAN refers to materials and products made by other companies — for example brand names such as 3M, Avery or Orafol, and product or material references such as a vinyl name, a model number or a lamination code.
These names, trademarks, product names and codes belong to their respective owners. They are not owned by Future Signages or FSVEXAN. We use them only to identify the material or product being selected, discussed or quoted.
A reference to a third-party brand or product on FSVEXAN — in the configurator, a quotation, a document or anywhere else — does not by itself mean that its owner endorses, sponsors, certifies or is affiliated with Future Signages or FSVEXAN, or that we are its agent, partner, authorised dealer, distributor or reseller. Where any such relationship exists, we will say so expressly.
3. Logos and brand assets
We distinguish between two kinds of brand material:

4. Product photographs and manufacturer materials
Photographs, brochures, catalogue images, datasheets, technical documents, website images and other materials created by manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We do not reproduce them simply because they show a product we supply. Where such material appears on FSVEXAN, it is because we have permission, a licence or another documented basis to use it — if you believe otherwise, please tell us.

You may view and use FSVEXAN and the quotations and documents we provide to you for your own project and business purposes. Please don't copy, republish, resell or reverse-engineer the platform or its content, or use our branding, without our written permission.
6. Your uploads: artwork, wall photos and designs
On FSVEXAN you can upload photographs of walls, artwork, designs and other project material, and you may send us content for a project in other ways.
You keep ownership
Uploading content does not transfer its ownership or copyright to Future Signages.
The limited permission you give us
By uploading or sending content, you allow Future Signages to use it only as needed to:
- store and process the upload;
- create wall previews and visualisations for you;
- prepare quotations and related documents;
- carry out the signage or wall-graphics work you request;
- communicate with you about your enquiry, quotation or order; and
- keep records of the service or order for as long as is operationally and legally necessary.
We will not use your uploads for other purposes — for example to promote our services — without your permission.
Your confirmation
When you upload or send content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use it in the ways described above, for the project you are asking us to work on. We rely on that confirmation, subject to applicable law.
Please do not upload
- artwork, photographs or designs protected by copyright, unless you own them or have permission to use them;
- logos or trademarks you are not authorised to use;
- confidential information you are not entitled to share;
- photographs or personal data of people without appropriate permission; or
- anything else that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.
Reproducing logos, artwork and brand material
If you ask us to print, install or otherwise reproduce brand logos, artwork, photographs, copyrighted designs or third-party marketing material, please make sure that you — or the client you act for — are entitled to have it reproduced for that project. Where we have a credible reason to doubt this, we may ask for confirmation or for evidence of permission before going ahead.
7. Material and product information
Material names, vinyl and lamination codes, finishes, technical descriptions and similar details on FSVEXAN are provided to help you select and quote materials. They may be based on information from manufacturers or suppliers, and we do not independently test or verify every technical statement. Product specifications can change; if a particular property matters to your project, please confirm it with us before ordering.
8. Warranty information
Where FSVEXAN shows a warranty period, it reflects the information configured for that specific material and lamination combination. Different combinations can have different warranty treatment, and some combinations may have no warranty specified.
The warranty that actually applies to your order is subject to the final quotation or order and to the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's terms. A warranty period shown on FSVEXAN is not, by itself, a warranty given by the manufacturer, and it does not imply that the manufacturer endorses Future Signages or FSVEXAN.
9. Prices, estimates and quotations
- Figures shown while you configure a project are estimates until a quotation is issued.
- Your commercial terms — price, scope of work (for example supply only, or supply and installation), installation, transportation, GST, validity, payment and delivery terms — are those stated in the quotation or order we issue to you.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (currently 30 days from the quotation date unless the quotation says otherwise).
- Transportation is shown on the quotation where it applies; where it has not yet been confirmed for your site, the quotation says so and it is confirmed separately.
- Prices and quotations are based on the specifications provided and are subject to final site verification, artwork/specification review and site-access conditions. Please refer to the validity period stated on the quotation.
10. Third-party links and services
FSVEXAN may link to, or rely on, services operated by others (for example, calendar and video-meeting services used for demo bookings, email delivery and web fonts). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and services; their own terms and privacy policies apply. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
11. Reporting a rights concern
If you believe that content on FSVEXAN infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please email sales@fsvexan.com with the subject “Rights concern” and include:
- your name, organisation and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or act for them;
- the page address (URL) and a description of the content or asset concerned;
- the right you believe is affected (for example, a registered trademark or a copyright work);
- an explanation of your concern; and
- supporting evidence, where appropriate.
We will acknowledge your message, review it, and respond. This is our contact process for rights concerns; it does not limit any other rights or procedures available to you under law.
What we may do
Where there is a credible rights concern, we may remove or disable access to content, ask the person who provided it for evidence of permission or a licence, suspend access to that content while we look into it, and keep records where it is legally appropriate. We aim to act fairly and to give the person concerned an opportunity to respond, consistent with applicable law.
12. Liability
We work to keep FSVEXAN accurate and available, but information on it may occasionally be incomplete or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, Future Signages is not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates or product information without confirming them in an issued quotation, or by content that users upload. Nothing on this page excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a customer under law. See the Terms of Use.
