Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Future Signages Private Limited (“Future Signages”, “we”, “us”) collects through FSVEXAN, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. What we collect

Using the configurator and quotations Wall sizes, chosen materials and specifications, quotation name, site location and address, client reference and notes, and the quotations generated for you.
Uploading content Photographs of walls, artwork and designs you upload (see Uploaded photos and artwork).
Booking and requests Demo bookings (date and time), site-visit, consultation, designer-service, material-sampling and industry-design requests, including the site, office location, preferred times and details you provide.
Contacting us Messages you send us and our replies.
Using the website Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time — see Cookies and technical data.

2. Why we use it

  • to create and manage your account, including verifying your email address and reviewing new registrations;
  • to prepare estimates, wall previews and quotations, and to carry out the work you request;
  • to arrange demos, site visits, consultations, samples and other services you book;
  • to communicate with you about your account, enquiries, quotations and orders;
  • to keep the platform secure — for example limiting repeated sign-in attempts and investigating errors; and
  • to keep business, tax and legal records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Uploaded photos and artwork

Wall photographs and artwork you upload are private to your account and to Future Signages staff who handle your project; they are not shown to other architects. We use them only as described on our Legal & Third-Party Rights page. You can remove an uploaded wall photo or artwork from the configurator. Please do not upload images of people or personal information unless you have their permission.

4. Emails we send

We send emails needed to run your account and the services you use — for example email verification, password reset, account approval, and confirmations of bookings and requests. Our team is also notified internally when you generate a quotation or send a request. Quotations are available for you to download in FSVEXAN; we do not email them to anyone on your behalf.

5. Cookies and technical data

  • Essential cookies only. FSVEXAN uses a session cookie to keep you signed in (it expires after a set period, after which you sign in again) and a security cookie that protects forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our servers record technical information about requests (such as IP address, browser and time) for security, troubleshooting and error reports to our administrators.
  • Web fonts. Our pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address.

6. Who we share it with

Your data is used by Future Signages staff who need it for their work. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as:

  • our hosting and database provider, which stores the platform's data;
  • our email service provider, which delivers the emails described above; and
  • Google, when a demo booking is added to our calendar with a video-meeting link — your email address is added to the calendar invitation — and for web fonts, as described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where needed to protect our rights or the rights of others. We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties.

7. Storage and security

We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access limited to authorised staff by role, and private storage of uploaded files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a personal data breach occurs, we will act on it as required by applicable law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services you requested. Issued quotations, orders and related business and tax records are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep them. Uploaded photos and artwork are kept until you remove them, or until they are no longer needed for your project and its records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
  • withdraw a consent you have given (this does not affect processing already carried out); and
  • consider a grievance about how your data is handled.

Where the law provides for it, you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. To make a request, email us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

10. Children

FSVEXAN is a professional platform and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as FSVEXAN or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed; where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let account holders know.
