Terms of Use

1. About FSVEXAN

FSVEXAN is a business platform for architects, interior designers and other professionals. It lets you configure wall graphics and signage, see estimates, generate quotations, upload project material, and book demos, site visits, consultations and related services with Future Signages.

2. Your account

• Accounts are for professionals using FSVEXAN for business purposes, and may require approval by us.
• Please give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us promptly at the contact details below if you think it has been misused.
• If you act for a firm or a client, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use FSVEXAN unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• upload content you do not have the rights to use (see Your uploads);
• attempt to access accounts, data or parts of the system you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with the platform's security or operation, or overload it (for example through automated scraping);
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse our quotations, pricing presentation or branding; or
• misrepresent your identity, your firm or your relationship with a client.

4. Estimates, quotations and orders

• Figures shown while you configure a project are estimates. A quotation is issued when you generate it, and it is the quotation — not the configurator — that sets out the price and terms.
• Each quotation states its scope (for example supply only, or supply and installation), transportation, GST, validity, payment terms and other conditions. Those terms apply to that quotation.
• An issued quotation is kept exactly as issued. If something changes, we issue a revised quotation.
• An order is formed only when a quotation is accepted on the terms set out in it (or as otherwise agreed in writing with us).
• Prices and quotations are based on the specifications provided and are subject to final site verification, artwork/specification review and site-access conditions. Please refer to the validity period stated on the quotation.

5. Product and warranty information

Material, product and warranty information on FSVEXAN is provided for selection and quotation, and may be based on manufacturer or supplier information. Warranty periods shown relate to the specific material and lamination combination; the warranty that applies is subject to the final quotation or order and to the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's terms. 6. Intellectual property

The FSVEXAN platform, its design and original content, and the FSVEXAN and Future Signages names and branding belong to Future Signages. Third-party brands, product names and materials belong to their owners; references to them do not imply any endorsement or affiliation. Details are on our Legal & Third-Party Rights page.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the artwork, photographs, designs and other content you upload. You give us the limited permission described in Your uploads so that we can provide the service, and you confirm that you have the rights needed for that use. Uploaded wall photos and artwork are private to your account and to Future Signages staff who handle your project.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on services run by others — for example email delivery, calendar and video-meeting services for demo bookings, and web fonts. Those services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep FSVEXAN available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable (for example for maintenance), and features, materials and prices may change. Changes do not affect a quotation already issued to you.

10. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, where there is a credible concern that these terms have been breached, that rights are being infringed, or that the account presents a security risk. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond. You can ask us to close your account at any time; records we need to keep (for example issued quotations, orders and tax records) are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We provide FSVEXAN with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not responsible for losses that arise from relying on estimates or product information without confirming them in an issued quotation, or from content uploaded by users;
• we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business; and
• our responsibility for the work in an order is governed by the terms of that quotation or order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects rights you have under law.

If you have a concern about FSVEXAN, a quotation or an order, please contact us first at the details below — we will try to resolve it promptly and in good faith.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let account holders know.
